Be Proactive with Probiotics
What can you take to help manage food allergies, strengthen your immunity, and fortify your intestinal tract? Probiotics supplements! The health-building properties of these “natural defenders” also protect you against Candida and other infections. Additionally, when you add probiotics to your daily health routine, it helps eliminate gas, bloating, intestinal and systemic toxicity, and constipation. What’s more, probiotics help reverse mal-absorption syndrome – a condition created by the overgrowth of harmful bacteria and yeast in the colon.
At one time or another during our lives, most of us need an antibiotic. Unfortunately, millions suffer from yeast infections, gastrointestinal distress, and diarrhea as a result of taking these medications. While antibiotics clear up infection by destroying harmful bacteria, they also remove healthy bacteria.
Just what do probiotics do? Plenty! In addition to boosting your gastrointestinal and immune system function, probiotics work in conjunction with Peyer’s Patches -a part of your small intestine that performs immune surveillance and triggers immune response.
Furthermore, probiotics produce volatile fatty acids that provide metabolic energy. They also help digest food, break down amino acids, and produce vitamins. Most importantly, probiotics inhibit the growth of bad bacteria – such as E. coli – by creating a mildly acidic environment in your lower intestine. In fact, if you take a probiotics formula you can lower or eliminate your risk of contracting serious bacterial infections – a widespread concern across the country today.
Because of these important health benefits, I highly recommend that you add probiotics (either a powder, capsule, or liquid form) to your daily wellness routine. Also, whenever possible, try to get probiotics from natural food sources – such as yogurt, buttermilk, miso, sauerkraut, and kimchi.
Remember…if you are “pro-health,” take probiotics!
Be well ~
